As our core business, home health rehabilitation has been the catalyst for our past achievements and the foundation for our future. Over the years our agency has expanded services and coverage areas to better serve patients and clients.
States Health is owned and operated by a licensed Registered Nurse and dedicated to an interdisciplinary approach. Our case management team of licensed professionals emphasizes continuity of care to achieve the appropriate outcome customized for each individual.

How we work
Nurses, therapists, social workers, and aides collaborate so care stays continuous from hospital to home.
Auxiliary aids and interpreters are provided as needed at no cost. We support Hindi, Vietnamese, Chinese, and Spanish-speaking families.
Caregivers are carefully screened with thorough criminal background checks. Employees are bonded and insured.
